We are a multinational company in banking industry, currently looking
for qualified persons to fill the following positions:
LOGISTICS MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to manage all the entities involved in a logistic to
ensure level of customer satisfaction meet and beyond customer expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing supply, inventory management, buffer
stock optimization for fulfilling part in operation team in accordance with
internal needs, timely, efficient and effective ways.
Leverage and monitor supply chain performance
and implement improvement action such as 3PL analysis, warehouse and stockist
import export activities, etc
Establish KPI to logistic team and Depot Repair
Centre to ensure the logistic function in line with business plan as well as
ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction level are in
prioritySet up logistic budget to achieve
cost reduction in logistic area
Maintain good relationship with 3PL, forwarder,
supplier and internal customer to resolve day to day operation issuesProviding daily, weekly and monthly report as
per required by Asia Pacific region
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum education Bachelor degree from finance/accounting/Engineering/Management
5 to 10 years experience in logistic management
Ability to understand operation and technical
information and translate the information into relevant business term and
concept
Excellent communication skill in English
Excellent problem analytical and solving skill
with interest to detail
Strong personality with ability to work under
pressure and process multiple tasks as required
Self starter with initiative and ability to work
under minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills to
work under customer's environment and as a member of large multinational team
