Key Result
Areas
- To benchmark and develop new productivity and audit
tools to measure performance and thereby identifying process gaps.
- To establish regular processes reviews in order to
ensure that the current processes are efficient and cost effective.
- To initiate training programs and implement with CSR
Manager or operations manager to ensure staff are qualified to handle
customers' logistics processes. Maintain competent team - increase # of trained
staff on job requirement and for career development : Logistics knowledge and
supply chain management
Key
Accountabilities/Duties
- To be responsible for all new account implementation
in conjunction with regional functional groups to ensure checklist, procedural
flowchart and matrix fornew account are disseminated and understood by
operations group.
- To review and establish training manuals/processes
that will speed up
- staff technical ability.
- Support testing and implementation any new system
enhancements, other new automation opportunity and communicate with IT on
system issues or system improvement opportunity.
- Develop and agree on Work Load Report for operations
team tool to evaluate/recommendation.
- Develop and maintain Customer relations to follow up
customers program/development implementation, check on shipping data, export regulation/process
information, find out potential biz which can be developed through a regular customer visit/call
(customer's rep offices, buying agents, vendors.
- To oversee Surabaya, Semarang and any other areas in
Indonesia
Requirement:
- Male or Female
- Fluently in
English is a mandatory
- Bachelor Degree University (Industrial
Engineering/Management preferred)
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in same
industry (Fresh
- Graduate are encourage to apply) for Level Analyst
Position
- At least 5 years working experience for Level
Manager Position
- And at least 2 year proven experience in managerial
position specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Ability to analyze performance reports to identify
service gaps and issues
- Computer Literate and Quick Learner
- Good Analytical Thinking and Detail Persons
- Good interpersonal skill
