Responsibilities:

Supervise a team in developing and maintaining a high
level standard of operation related to distribution of goods and
communication with customer
·
To
ensure subordinates meet service performance requirements and take corrective
action swiftly when required.
·
To
develop with the Manager, review and update process maps and standard
operating procedures (SOPs) for all processes and activities of the team.
·
Ensure
the appropriate allocations of resources (both human and capital) are
employed to perform operational activities efficiently.
·
Conduct
performance reviews of front-line staff as required by company policy.
·
Review
weekly service performance and quality reports, discuss and identify root
causes of service failures with the Manager, implement preventive action, and
suggest any modification of SOPs accordingly.
·
Organize
and conduct weekly meeting with the team to review performance, service
failures, and operational problems.
·

Meeting with Customer
Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in transport management or
related major from Reputable University
- At
least 3 years of working experience as a leader or 2 years as a
supervisor
- Having
knowledge about logistics/ supply chain management, ISO9001/ Quality,
OHSAS 18001/ Safety.
- Having
PPJK Certification is preferred
- A
good communicator, having good leadership, interpersonal skill and
managerial skills.
