KEY ACCOUNT SUPPORT WAREHOUSE
PT. CIPTA KRIDA BAHARI
(Jakarta Raya - Cakung)
Responsibilities:
- Build & manage relationship with customers in the areas of day
to day customer service activities including customer inquiry, cargo status,
callcentre management, claim and dispute resolutions.
- Provide customised reports to customers based on available
information in the system.
- Liaise to internal departments (operation & finance) for
corrective actions, root-cause analysis, improvement opportunities
- Develop customised solutions/enhancement to the system to cater
customer requirement.
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Management,
Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in logistics industry.
- Strong customer service with problem solving approach.
- Computer literate.
- Travel as and when required by the job.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
