Primary role:
To ensure all export
and import jobs are being processed completely and accurately in order to
achieve operational excellence.
Develop, guide and
monitor direct subordinate to achieve optimal performance
through coaching &
counseling, conducting performance management, training and other developmental
tools
Responsibilities:
1. To verify all export and import jobs
meets customer’s expectations.
2. To supervise export and import staff to
ensure error minimization, zero delays and to maximize productivity
3 .To maintain close relationship with
customers by proactive and responsive communications
4. Responsible
for ensuring that BDP’s Management System Standards are followed and enforced.
5. Ensure
compliance to legislative requirements are met or exceeded.
6. Produce regular
report & KPI for internal and external parties
Authority:
To provide
recommendation on staff performance to General Manager
Requirements:
- Max 40 years old
- Min Bachelor degree
- Posses min 8
years experiences in freight forwarding/logistic business, 3 years in
managerial level
- Knowledgeable about the freight
forwarding/logistics operations and regulations, PPJK is an advantage
- Good
communication & interpersonal skill
- Good command of
written and oral English
- Posses effective
managing skill
- Posses good
presentation skill
