Retail is the one of the largest industries in the world in the terms of both size and the number of people employed globally. The retail industry has pioneered many breakthrough supply chain concepts like cross docking or vendor managed inventory. Leading retailers like Wal-Mart, Zara and Amazon bring in supply chain innovations regularly to challenge those old age supply chain beliefs. In this one-day course, we will discuss on retail supply chain facilitated by experienced supply chain practitioner in both retail and manufacturing industries.
