We are a multinational e-Logistics company in Indonesia, under Lazada Group in Southeast Asia. Lazada e-Logistics Indonesia is seeking for high qualifications and experiences people to join our A-team as Personal Assistant to CEO.
Roles & Responsibility:
Responsible as main of contact of our CEO’s schedule.
Manage and maintain executives’s schedule Make a travel arrangements for executive’s Organizing events and conference Manage all the expenses and track them on excel file Take a minute of meetingCandidate Background:
Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably from Finance background Required to be advance in English and Mandarin (written and conversation) 2-3 years of working experiences in related role
